Porous nails?

I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and, if so, how did you deal with it? Tried posting in menopause but it’s quiet.
Since having two shellac manicures in May and June my nails seem to have gone porous. This coincided with my HRT patch being doubled.
Now six weeks later every time I paint my nails this happens. Any ideas?

Looks like air bubbles in your nail polish to me.

It’s air bubbles in the polish. If they buffed your nails it wasn’t shellac, it’s designed to be non-buff.
