M & S Returns

Can someone please help before my laptop goes out the window.
Ordered a load of bras online to try at home. Need to return a few. I cannot for the life of me work out how to select the items I want to return on their website. It either asks me to buy again or just gives me a qr code for the post office.
What an I doing wrong??
Don't have a store close by to return them to either. No paperwork in parcel either.
TIA

I think you can just package up the ones you don't want, take to post office, show QR code and they'll print a label. M&S will scan the items received in and refund those ones only. I'm pretty sure that's what I've done before!

Go to my orders, return by post, the order will come up and you click the items you need to return.

Thank you. That's what it looks like but I've never not had to tell anywhere what I was actually returning. ( and I have a DD who orders and returns on a daily basis so I know what I'm doing) How can you prove a return if there is a problem? Suppose I'll just need to pack it up and see what happens

@superram that's what I expected to do but there's not an option to return only buy again!

Having recently had a big problem with an M&S return, I suggest you keep a note of which items you return.
Other posters are correct. You just send back what you don't want using the qr code and they work it out their end.
All fine in theory, unless they lose your parcel like they did mine. I had kept a record of the amount due back to me, but not the actual items I'd returned (shirts & trousers for my husband, which kind of all looked the same!).
It took weeks to get it sorted, the parcel never showed up and they gave me the benefit of the doubt in the end. But not the full amount I should have been refunded.
I suggested they should have a tick box online to tell them what you are returning. Keep your returns receipt!!!

i have never had to select the items I want to return, just package it up and get the relevant QR code. Then PO or Evri print the label for me. Or alternatively I take it to the local food store and don’t even need a bar code if it’s in the original packaging. Never had an issue

I think I'll take pictures of what I'm returning and hope for the best. As I said I return to loads of sites and they all either have a tick box for the items you want to return or a good old fashioned paper returns slip in the parcel.
Thanks everyone
