Saltwater sandals- breaking in

I took the plunge after two years and bought some original (I think - the flat ones) saltwater.

How do I break them in and soak them.

I know they are really flat but I have Tevas for walking about in.

Any special tips or advice?

I’ve had lots of salt water sandals and I just wear them in gradually, like any other shoe. They are extremely flat, but I like that! I have worn them and soaked them in the sea.

@Happymum12345 thank you. so, you don't need to soak them before you
can wear them?

Or should I plunge the. I'm the paddling pool!

You don’t need to soak them, no. They say they mould to your feet when wet, so you could give them a dip in the pool. It certainly won’t harm them.
