DP and I are getting married in 6 weeks and elderly MIL to be is coming to the wedding.
I have found this M&S dress for her, which she has tried on and really likes but is convinced she needs a jacket to go with it.
As she will be seated either at the table or in her wheelchair for most of the time, I've suggested a pale pink pashmina to go with it, and have ordered one for her to try but she's worried about it slipping off.
I don't think she really needs a jacket and a pashmina is a good idea to pull over her shoulders if there is a chill at anytime but old habits die hard and she may insist on a jacket. I've had a look around but can't see anything suitable so wondering if MN has any suggestions please?
