Flying with a developing spray tan?

Any spray tan experts out there? I’m going to lanzarote shortly and I love love getting a spray tan before holidays. My problem this time is due to working two long days in the days before my holiday, the only time I can fit in a spray tan is on the morning of my flight! I’d be getting the tan at 8am, flying at 2pm and hopefully washing it off in lanzarote at 8pm that evening. I know I’ll have to wear loose dark clothes on the plane and hopefully not sweat too much but apart from that, I’d it a bad idea?

I did this for a recent holiday and it was not a good idea I wouldn’t recommend it went patchy and like behind my knees at the fold was all white the fold of arm near my elbow was white , under my boobs etc It just looked awful so all in all I wouldn’t recommend when sitting down on a plane for a couple of hours

Could you get the tan even earlier before the flight- 3 or 4 days? Depends on how long you're going but you can top it up with a real tan while on holiday surely?

I did it a few years ago as it was the only time I could do it. It was fine although my underwear had to be thrown away as it wouldn't come clean. It did look really dark and I felt quite conspicuous when I got off the plane and before I had a chance to wash it off but it was fine, I wore a loose dress so I didn't have a waist band etc. to rub if that's any help.
