Comfortable Strapless Bra?

As usual I am having a last minute panic before going on holiday. I have bought a couple of new dresses and suddenly I had a light bulb moment and realised I really need a comfortable!! strapless bra. Does this even exist? I am quite large busted 38DD.

To make it even more complicated I am going on holiday on Friday so buying on-line might be tight - although JL delivered a dress to my local Waitrose within 48 hours so could try them.

I’m also interested in replies I’m having the same problem, and same size as you

I had the wonderbra strapless bra, it offers great support but I found it really uncomfortable. For the few times I actually need a strapless bra, I now use a bikini top with removable straps. Cheaper, dual purpose and much more comfortable. Look at Pour Moi, they sometimes have real bargains on Amazon.

Shameless follow.. 34DD/E and the cheapies I got in Tesco are good at holding in the norks but sooo uncomfortable 😕

Have a good look at the reviews on bravissimo

Wonderbra strapless. But measure using the Boob or bust calculator, then choose a bra that’s one band size smaller and one cup size bigger (this bra comes up tight in the band).

Problem with lingerie and John Lewis is a lot if the brands is direct from supplier so not click and collect.

What is your favourite lingerie brand. Start there. That would be Elomi for me. I’ve never got on with Freya …. Everyone has their own preference

Thanks so much for the replies and I'm really pleased to hear I am not the only one who finds them so uncomfortable! I usually wear Triumph bras (possibly showing my age here 😀) but don't really want to spend a fortune on something I will only wear a few times. I will take a look at Bravissimo although I fear I may have left it too late to order online.
