Best multi-task make up/minimal make up for holiday?!

Any good multitasking items like eye cheek lip colour, tinted Moisturiser?
I want a very minimal routine for holidays, as few products as possible. I'd like a natural look but a wee bit more finished or polished.
Barely there sort of thing. Looking at lanolips rhubarb lip ointment which looks nice, but wondered if there is something I could take for cheeks and eyes as well?

Nivea tinted day cream is brilliant - SPF moisturiser but coverage of a light foundation. And costs about £4

Couple of Trinny pots? I find Lady J a very useful colour for a touch of warmth, blush, lips.

I use ilia multi stick on cheeks and lips. My bronzer stick as an eyeshadow. Tint eyelashes and brows so no eyebrow pencils or mascaras. Don't wear foundation when abroad. So two items only and neither of them liquids. Also I use my fingers to blend and apply.

I use Clinique chubby sticks on both lips and cheeks. I know they do separate chubby sticks for cheeks, but I mean I use the lip chubby sticks also on my cheeks. It goes on well.

I've been wondering about the clinique chubby sticks but they are quite pricey.

Is there any similar sort of thing but for eyes, I usually use a touch of a pinky taupe, would love a tiny pot of something to take.
One for eyes and one for lips and cheeks would be amazing!

Another vote for the Trinny Pots. I absolutely love them. They blend beautifully with fingers so no need to worry about brushes.
