Ordered a number of products from Clarins. Delivery this week but a product was missing. Have been trying to contact them ever since - twice via their website form and also by telephone. Telephone response is an automessage saying they can't answer their phone due to 'an emergency'. Tried calling again yesterday: now not answering phones due to volume of demand!
Really frustrating. I've posted on their facebook and twitter feeds but no response.
Any ideas what else I can do to either get a refund for the missing item ... or even just to get someone to reply to me?!
