Simple, stylish cushioned sandals...

...do they exist?

I got my trusty saltwaters out for the summer, and I seem to have lost all my fat pads on my feet because it get like i was walking on my bones on the bare floor ☹️

Does anyone have any recommendations for cushioned sandals? I'm in my 30s, and like simple designs. Are Teva comfy?

Thanks!

Not cushioned sandals but a friend of mine who has Plantar Fasciitis bought these in Easter for a European city break and says they're really comfy (she wore them to meet me the other day too.

I have plantar fasciitis and wear Tevas. I wouldn’t say they’re stylish (I definitely give off strong birdwatcher vibes - but I’m mostly cool with that…) but they’re definitely comfy.

What about something like these Keens sandals ?
These are new, I've been looking at them with interest. I can vouch for the fact that their other styles are really comfortable.

Have a look at Moshulu sandals

not sure if these meet the stylish requirement, but they are padded and very comfy! I bought them just to trash on the beach on holiday but ended up wearing them everywhere.
my friend and my Mum have bought some too.

And they are a tenner!

I like Earth Spirit www.shoezone.com/Products/Earth-Spirit-Barb-Amber-Womens-Yellow-Sandal-199186
This type not the "sporty" ones. They're really comfy.

Merrel are good. They aren’t particularly stylish but no worse than tevas in my opinion. They are very comfortable.

I wish someone would make a sandal that has a Saltwater style top with a Teva/Merrell sole!

MsRinky · 29/07/2022 14:34

Get the new Saltwaters with the soft sole, they are awesome www.salt-watersandals.com/gb-en/womens-sandals/womens-swimmer-sandals.html

AngelsWithSilverWings · 29/07/2022 14:35

I've switched to the salt waters with the thick soles. Bought my first pair last year and treated myself to a second pair in a different colour this year. I've work my thin soles saltwater s for years and have them in so many colours but suddenly I've found the need for a thick rubber sole if I'm going to be waking for more than half an hour.

sunshinesupermum · 29/07/2022 15:10

Thanks twoshoesnewshoes just ordered a pair! What a bargain.

GotTheConch · 29/07/2022 15:13

I agree with a PP.
Moshulu take some beating for comfort. I’m not sure they are the most stylish on earth but those cushioned footbeds are terrific.

Purplepatsy · 29/07/2022 15:20

Naot sandals are the ultimate in foot comfort.

AnyFucker · 29/07/2022 15:24

The New Look wide “comfort” range are quite good. I tried on a lovely gold pair but didn’t buy them as I really have enough sandals.
