Fake tan first timer what do I need?

Help!

I need to fake tan as I'm really patchy with a real tan.

What do use and how do I put it on?

I'm sort of a medium colour when I tan.

I like Bondi Sands gradual tan, less likely to make a mistake with it and builds to a nice colour, also fades out nicely.

Exfoliate now and moisturise. Prep is important!

Exfoliate but not with something oil based like a salt and oil scrub as it sticks to skin and you end up patchy. I just use dove gradual tan.

Prep by exfoliating
Moisturising
Dry out

Then
Use a mitt
Dab of body moisturiser on your knees, ankles, elbows and the bit where your armpit meets your chest

Dry out before getting dressed or doing anything that might make you sweat

Shower & moisturiser about 12 hours later
