I am having my first Brazilian later this week - is there any creams/gels that are recommended for afterwards? Would like to stock up!

I would just use something soothing like sudocreme but you might not even need it. I go to a fab place and haven't needed anything

My waxer gives me a cream to put on immediately after but I don't use anything after that.

Thanks, how long does any 'reaction' normally last for you?

I have regular Hollywood waxes and don’t really notice a thing these days. For the first time, l would agree with a PP and use Sodocrem. I would also suggest washing afterwards with hair conditioner. Yes, l know there is a touch of irony there but it is gentle and moisturising.

l would also suggest a couple of paracetamol around an hour before. This is all beginner’s stuff, once you and your body get used to it, it’s like a walk in the park and the result feels so much nicer (to be candid, less sweaty!) in the warmer weather.

Oh, and the first time, it’s best not to have sex the same day.

Thank you @StarlightLady - got those painkillers on standby! I'm strangely excited for the results.

I like Johnson’s baby oil for afterwards!
