Smart interview outfit size 16

Can anyone help? I have a job interview coming up and need an outfit. I work in a traditional industry (finance) and it's a senior role so think skirt suit or smart dress plus heels. I'd prefer a dress with sleeves.

I've put on weight recently so need something in a 16 that minimises my massive mum tum. I'm feeling very self-conscious about my weight and worried that it will count against me (subconsciously) so am keen to get the outfit right for a bit of a boost. Don't mind spending a bit.

Avoid clinging dresses. Look for a smart shirt dress a bit like Kirsty Alsopp wears. Boden have them. Pair with a jacket if you need one but you may not. Alternatively a navy trouser suit with a decent blouse. I think they look smarter then skirt suits if the trousers are cut well. L K Bennett ones often are. Or look at Jigsaw. I would avoid black and manly shirts.
