Anyone?
Is it free to send back or do you have to pay?

Just looked on the website and there is no phone number to contact them. They don't exactly make it easy to speak to them. Sorry I can't help.

purpleme12 · 26/07/2022 09:15

Ah thank you
I just wondered if anyone here had ordered from them and had first hand experience
I honestly hate shopping online so much for clothes
There's nothing enjoyable about it anymore

Yes you can return without a printer. Go to the returns portal on the site. There's an option to return via the post office without a printer. Dorothy Perkins will email you a QR code. Take that to the Post office where they'll scan it and print the label for you.

skippy67 · 26/07/2022 09:50

And it's free.

Flashinggreen · 26/07/2022 20:57

I can’t get onto a page that works… where it says portal takes me to a Royal Mail error page, how to return shows a DP error page. I’ve emailed twice and have had no response.

purpleme12 · 26/07/2022 21:33

@skippy67
Thank you should I get proof of postage?
What do I ask for for that, so that I can prove I've posted it?

Also what do you send it back in?
I'm sorry for the stupid questions

The post office will hand you proof of postage once they have printed out the label and fixed it to your parcel.

Send the goods back in the same packaging they came in.

purpleme12 · 26/07/2022 21:48

Ok so this label that they print off has the address already on that I need to send it to?

Done

PuppyMonkey · 26/07/2022 22:06

Thought this was going to be a thread saying the shops were opening back up on the high street. Oops. Blush

I had problems clicking through to the right part of their website.
Iirc it didn’t like my wifi but when I used my phone data it was fine…odd!
Frustrating at the time.
lots of places now have this paperless return and once you get used to creating the QR code and going to a post office or shop it’s actually quite convenient. I took boohoo stuff back to Asda as they accepted boohoo returns.

purpleme12 · 26/07/2022 23:20

Ok I've managed to get the qr code so now I've got to take it to the post office and watch for the refund...
You can tell I'm not a pro at this online shopping...

And I’ve tried phone/iPad/and PC and no joy always an error page 🤬

Flashinggreen · 27/07/2022 07:53

I tried again via my account- which I don’t have set up but there was a box there and despite having another error I have a QR code. Hooray! This has been about a fortnight I’ve been trying to do this
