Does anyone else struggle with finding things on the Zara website?
Several times I have seen something I like that is tagged as being from Zara, but trying to find it, or anything, on their website is really hard. I find it challenging to navigate and it never has the information on a product. They've lost several sales from me as I just can't find my way round it comfortably.

Yeh it’s awful.

The app is a bit better, have you tried that?

I've realised I have never set foot inside a Zara store and I live miles from a town with one.

I am planning a shopping trip in a few week to find a special outfit for a wedding, so will check if there is a Zara in the centre.

I buy most things from Zara but I live in Spain next to the flagship store. I use the app and find it very easy to find things and you can also see the garment on its own and not on a half shot of a model doing gymnastics on a car bonnet which seems to be their preferred photography style! It also shows you similar items to if you find something like the thing you were looking for but not the actual thing, it might be under the “similar items” bit.

i would recommend the app.

Oh good lord yes! Poses of models crouched on cookertops don’t tell me anything about how address will fit because I’m 45 and unlikely to perch on my induction cooker top while trying to not bang my head on the extractor hood. Dh would think I’d gone crackers.

Just show me a picture of the clothes and take my money.

Also they put models with really dark black skin in black tops and pale skin red heads in white tops and it looks rubbish, swap them around ffs.

I cannot make head nor tail of the Zara website. On my iPad it gets stuck on the images and you can't get back to the product details. They have far too much stuff so if you search say white jeans 50 come up. The styling doesn't show the clothes off. If I cared I might get the app. I hardly buy anything in Zara stores so maybe just generally not for me. Everyone else seems to love it though.

Glad I am not the only one that struggles with that site and I wondered if their intention was to encourage you to shop in a real store, as navigating the site is awful!

They’re trying to push people onto the app by making the website shit. Few reasons for this but a big one is that you’re always logged in on an app so it’s easier for companies to gather data about customer preferences.
