Is there such a thing? I work 12hr shifts and expand in the heat. My friend says not to wear bras but crop tops?

Check Bravissimo. They have softer style bra tops for lounging in that might work.

People swear by Molke bras. Have a look on the boob or bust Facebook page. Also check your wearing the correct size using their measurements.

How much support do you need? Most crop top styles would leave you quite unsupported with 36H's, so if the job is active, might not work that well. I'm a little smaller but the only wireless bra that's also cotton but offers decent support is indeed Molke. Bravissimo has some good non-wired supportive options, but those are not cotton.

Of it's quite a manual job I'd be worried about the level of support from a crop top. Maybe a sports bra or a molke bra would be better if you don't want wires.

Flexifit from M&S go up to an H I think and are pretty comfortable. I wore a Sainsbury crop top on a long haul flight this week but I was obviously just sat there. There’s quite a few underwear brands around at the moment that look like crop tops but I do query how supportive they are. I’ll dig out a name
