Calypsa/ModLi swimwear - what's it like and can you swim in it?

Lots of FB adverts for this company swimwear, which look like it might offer more coverage, which I'd probably like and feel more comfortable with

Has anyone used them - I think they ship from the US, and returns would have to go back there too, so you can't even try things on very easily. I don't know if there would be customs charges too.

Is it just for sitting by the edge of the pool and perhaps getting splashed a bit, or maybe perching in a hot tub? or can you actually go in a pool fully and swim around a bit? I imagine the skirts or looser tops would end up sticking to you and getting in the way and looking pretty bedraggled after you come out.

Which sort of pieces might be the best coverage but still make it possible to swim a little? (I'm not talking long workouts or anything, but fully submersed, swimming round a bit, maybe a few lengths?)

Things like the tighter swim shorts maybe, and a short sleeve t-shirt? I don't want to look like I'm going into a pool with my clothes on, as that would draw more attention. They have some loose fit swim t-shirts, but I'm not sure how they'd hold up to actual swimming.

Also the reviews seem to show that all the tops are quite short and show your belly as soon as you lift your arms, which would not be ideal. But the longer ones are all loose fit tunics that you need a separate swim bra with, and also have reviews that say they're very clingy from the extra fabric. A longer top that is a bit tighter would be better I guess, but I don't know if any are like that.

So not sure what the best type of top is to feel most comfortable despite being fat.

It does sound from the reviews like they are generally ok about UK shipping and returns though, apart from the people that never got the orders...!
