Vinted vs EBay

Hi
I have bought second hand clothes for years on eBay very successfully. I have recently tried Vinted a few times and am struggling with it.
Pictures of items are awful and maybe 1-2 at the most, many sellers often have unrealistic prices, item details are really scanty, when all fees are added it becomes quite a bit more, and the worst thing is items take ages to arrive and there seems to be no urgency from sellers. What am I missing?

*i realise that sellers often have unrealistic prices on eBay too but the auction element means you can get a bargain/prices are more realistic

I've had some ok stuff off vinted. I find if I like something the seller often messages a discount offer
The lack of description, poor search options and photos are usually shockingly bad

Um, well I'd say if the photos and/or description don't give you enough information then discard the item being listed. Or ask for more information.
It can become expensive after charges are added on so I only buy brands and sizes I'm certain of.
Lots of people negotiate the price too.
I've had a couple of things that didn't work out but had many more successes.
