Dress neckline

I have this dress and it's really nice and fits well. Normally I prefer to go for a v neck rather than round.
I can sew, would you change the neckline to a V? Or leave as it as the sleeves distract from the bust area?

I don't like v necks so I would leave it as it is. It is a lovely dress.

It depends on how large your boobs are I think. If more busty a v neck is generally more flattering but if not then I think the current neckline is lovely.

What does the back look like? If it’s just a single button with an opening then that you can fold into a V if you reverse it?

@Chocolatecoatedkettlebell it does have the button at the back so I can turn it around and see what it's like with the V effect, great thinking!
I am normal busty I would say. Always try to go for a v neck as it is more flattering.
