I have so many clothes it’s unbelievable.. wardrobe bursting, loft full. I have so much im overwhelmed and never wear any of it or anything nice. I’ve contemplated having a mass Chuck out but I’m reluctant to part with a lot of it as it’s vintage and I’ve got some really fabulous things that I’ll never find again… I had a baby 6 months ago and still seriously out of shape (went from an 8/10 to a 14) so zero confidence in myself and I’m just unable to get dressed now!! I bought some new bits last weekend for this summer but I can’t face even getting them out the bag. All my drawers are full my rails are full. I’ve got a couple of ideas in terms of style I like but what can I do to get out of this mega rut??? I used to wear great things and look nice and now I feel like such a slob and miserable. Please send help!!! Xx

Pack away anything that doesn't fit, get it out of your wardrobe so it's not taunting you.
Then, what is the problem with the new stuff? Isi t that you don't like it, or you've got nowhere to put it? I'm guessing you don't feel like you anymore, but you won't always be this shape and size. Most people end up roughly at their old size eventually, but it can take a few years - if you are breastfeeding, you might find it very hard to lose weight until after the baby is weaned.
You'll need some clothes that work for the size and shape you are now, that might mean not just bigger, but different cuts - what looked nice on a size 8 won't necessarily work on a more curvy size 14. A few basics ( jeans/shorts?) in your new size plus a few nicer pieces in a free-size (so that it's worth spending money as you'll still wear them once you regain your old shape - like a kimono from One Hundred Stars. What is it that you like and makes you feel special? Pattern, fabric, colour, maybe shape/drapeyness?

As above, first pile everything that truly fits you on your bed. Pack everything else away for now.
Then I'd check the forecast for next week and pick out a capsule wardrobe to suit and works for business, nights out etc - whatever you've got in the diary for next week. At the end of the week, ditch anything that was uncomfortable or you didn't enjoy wearing.
Repeat the following week with a new capsule wardrobe. What fun!
