Sweaty Betty sizing

Hi!

I'm hoping to get a bit of guidance on sizing for Sweaty Betty leggings.

I'm either an M or L but unsure what to go for (obviously I know I can go try some in store but it's so hot today... Maybe I will when it cools down).

I'm a 12 but maybe a large 12? In M&S and Boden I wear 12 for skirts etc. I wear a 40 at Cos and an M or 12 at Jigsaw in skirts and pants. I wear a 10 in White Stuff skirts cos they run very large.

Topshop jeans of old I wore a 30.

Any advice??

I'm a similar size to you and wear medium in Sweaty Betty leggings, both the powers and the supersculpt.

I’d say medium too.

I’m a 12, having recently lost weight from a 14/16. At my precious size I wore large, they are now big and are prone to falling down while running (well, not all the way!!).

I'm a 10 and wear a size small so I think a medium would be fine for a size 12

I'd say medium. Though the Powers run larger than the other leggings- I need a XS in Powers but a S in Zero Gravity and High Shine. I'm usually an 8/10.

I'm a large 10 and wear a small so I'm agreeing on medium.
