Leggings, T-shirt and hoodie. Layers for the changing temperature on the flight, and stretchy for comfort. If it’s a longer flight I take a small fleece blanket as it can get cold sometimes.

I have what l call my “flying dress”. It is quite long, loose and patterned in such a way that those in flight food blobs 😂, don’t show too much and can be worn braless without my boobs being in someone else’s face. Add a cardigan or a hoodie during the flight.

I copied an outfit from a fashion article on flying. Basically a below the knee loose black dress that doesn’t crease and leggings. You can wear any hoodie/ cardigan over the top. Needless to say I bought a cheaper version than the one in the article but it works.

Stretchy waisted trousers eg cargo pants or leggings (you don't want anything tight fitting)
A t shirt and a cardigan that doesn't crease too much that you can stuff in your hand luggage or wrap around you on the plane. Have your coat in the top of your suitcase so it's easy to get out when you leave the terminal building.
Also, wear compression socks (your legs will thank you) and comfortable shoes that are loose fitting that you can easily slip off on on the flight.
They give you a blanket and tiny pillow but a neck support pillow helps a lot.

Noise cancelling headphones and an airplane jack for the lead for them (Google whether your airline uses two or 3 pin jack's) (the engines are loud and it is much nicer when you can block them out).
Also worth taking windeze tablets during the flight - trust me on this! Long haul flights do weird things to the body!

Long sleeved T-shirt or vest top, leggings, cardi and socks. Add or remove layers as needed.
