Do you have the app for free delivery?
I buy and return through the app and they have always been free returns. They seem really good, if I use the print at post office label I get my refund on PayPal later on the day I’ve dropped it off.

Apparently they are more of a shop front for other brands like anthropology but everything I get is labelled as FP so I’m not sure.
The pricing is wild so I always sort by price first and then I find quite a few things I like and can afford. Right now I’m sat in my “Hot Shot Harem shorts” and my “Nova Tunic” and both seem well made and are actually cotton! Everything I buy seems to have raw edges etc as part of the style and be oversized so you have to like that look. I probably return half of what I buy as something’s are too shapeless even for me but the app makes that simple.
(I’m also slightly addicted to the simple bralettes they do)

I like their stuff and have had no issues with returns. You can also get some stuff from Asos which may work out cheaper for delivery of you have free next day with asos.

Their stuff is great quality the only thing to note is that it comes up big. I'm an 8 in most shops, occasionally a 10 thanks to 32E boobs and I would take an XS in Free people

I returned something a few weeks ago with no problems, I don't think I paid. Would echo others comments about the sizing...I'm a busty 12 so usually a M or occasionally a L in some things but my FP stuff is a S. Currently sat here in my hot shot onesie, I have 3 and I live in them
