Has anyone done this exfoliating foot thing?

I had this foot pack it was an exfoliation thing that you put your foot in like a sock and leave on for 90 minutes. I probably left it on for 40 minutes as it felt strange, not burning but a sensation.

My feel have been peeling for a week now with no sign of stopping.

Anyone else done this?

I used footner before and the peeling peaked about 5 days in I think but it stopped completely after 2 weeks. If you soak your feet it and walk around in socks and shoes it should speed up the peeling. Don't moisturise your feet during the peeling period. Look at the product's instruction leaflet (might be online) if you're concerned.

I have done and it's excellent, I'm due to do another shortly. It takes about 10 days/2 weeks for the peeling to stop.

You can soak your feet in water to speed it up.

I did once but within weeks it was back to normal. It's not recommended for diabetics though so can't try again

I used to use Footners but now I use a Wolady once a week and Flexitol a few times a week. It’s much less faff.
