Smart Office wear- heat! Help!

I need to go into work next week and the office is smart. Usually I would wear blouse trousers and boots. What is everyone wearing?
I wfh 99% of the time so am currently wearing shorts and a vest. Help!

Light dress with a cap sleeve today
tomorrow light trousers with a sleeveless blouse
nice brown short wedge sandals with both

It depends how formal your office is, but I was in the office today (it's 30° where I am) and women were wearing:

• short-sleeved or sleeveless shirt dresses (with smart flats or clean white trainers)
• loose cropped black trousers with short-sleeved blouse/shirt tucked in
• same as above but with bright coloured trousers, sleeveless top and white oversized blazer over the top, worn with clean white trainers
• a couple of smart-looking jumpsuits

I also think a looser midi skirt plus blouse looks smart and is nice and breezy.

Unfortunately I can't wear sleeveless tops . Might need to get sandals that cover my toes.

I’m wearing a long loose cotton skirt and sleeveless cotton top. Yesterday shift dress.

Loose dresses. Everyone seems to be a bit less smart than usual.

I've found some chinos and a 3/4 sleeve blouse I think will work. Just need to buy some shoes as I've got birkenstock converse and boots which won't work
