I'm going to a wedding later this month and have just heard that the bride wants us to wear hats although she isn't wearing anything on her head and a silk day dress. I'm wearing this dress with an open neckline so I can wear a necklace

I have a tiny pin head so want a hat that will make my head look bigger without being a big distraction given the bride will be low key. Ideally in a navy straw. I think that the percher hats Kate wears would suit me but am struggling to find something that costs less than the dress.
I have long hair I'd wear up and I want to avoid looking like mutton dressed up as lamb.
Can any one help.
