Anyone own this jumpsuit?

So I've got this jumpsuit from m&co and it looked great. I've now washed it on 30 as the tag says and the material has gone all strange, I would say it looks a bit like crape paper, I've tried ironing it and it looks a bit better but still not like it was. Have I shrunk it? Any advice on how to get it back to how it was?

It does say very gently action though according to the website so if it was on a normal 30 wash it was probably too vigorous. Viscose is seemingly quite delicate.
