I’ve fine hair that, over the last 6-8 months, has got into really bad condition. It’s got fluffy but also lots of frizzy, broken bits at the top of my head. It is coloured but balayage, not excessively, 8 months or more between colours. Had several inches off the length recently which helped the ends but not the top. I don’t use straightehers etc, do blow dry but only to 3/4 dry on a medium setting. Oh, and feel like I’m cleaning way too much hair from my hair brush!

Have hever had any problems like this before. Mid 50s so wondering whether it’s yet another meno ‘thing’. Think I need a change of shampoo/conditioner as a starting point. Have been looking at Olaplex but not sure what I’d need nor whether that’s the right path. Any suggestions please?

Olaplex do a mini trial kit if you don't want to commit to a massive bottle

I find Olaplex is good (but pricey)
I actually have been very happy with Lush hair treatments particularly H'Sun Wen Hua Which you can put on dry hair before you shampoo and condition.

Thank you both. I’ve bitten the bullet and ordered the Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner. Will see whether I like it before deciding whether to add more to it.
