Nail buffer blocks

Anyone recommend a decent nail 4 way buffer please?

The ones I have seem to only work once then aren't as effective.

Have the Dior mail glow and just need to smooth the ridges from the nails.

I have a white block but that creates a rough surface.

I have a Leighton Denny one, but I'm not sure where I got it from. Boots, perhaps?
