Cellulite ☹️☹️

So…I’m a mid 40s curvy girl, size 16ish, 5’10 work out three times a week at the gym, weights, cardio etc. Eat very well probably 70% of the time, drink plenty of water- my cellulite has gone bananas! Tops of arms, legs and now working toward bottom of legs. I’ve been body brushing, caffeine scrubbing, can’t anyone please give me any tips for things I haven’t tried?! 🙏🏻

Oh can it be meno related? I didn't know that and thought it was more a case of WFH itis as I am glued to the chuffing laptop for 9 hrs a day and forget to take a break.
I'm so unfit so I'm sure that doesn't help either but I've never really had much before then this last year I look like porridge. ConfusedGrin
Have put a bit of weight on around the half st/ten pounds mark.

Mine has reduced over the last few years.

I weight train which I think really helps. I also exfoliate in the shower with an Italian cloth thingy every time I shower. I ain’t got time for dry brushing, but I can exfoliate in the shower while my conditioner is in my hair. I honestly think it does the same thing.

My legs aren’t bump free, but I’m way more comfortable with the way they look now.

Most women have it and if you ever see unretouched photos even fashion models are not immune even with their very low BMI!
I think you have to come to live and accept this. You are already working out, but pilates and yoga are really good for core muscles.

My menopause was instant (surgical). Cellulite suddenly started appearing literally everywhere. I never really had much before that. It's definitely hormonal.
