Trainer socks that stay put!

Can anyone recommend some trainer socks that stay on, don’t slip and don’t shrink to half the size after a normal wash? Also need the more invisible liner type socks for shoes. Have bought several now but none stay on!

I got some a couple of years ago from m&s with a thin silicon pad at the heel which keeps them in place

Another Sweaty Betty fan here - not the cheapest socks in the world for a pack of 3 but probably the best I have ever bought. Really cute styles too.
