Interview outfit for 16yr old dd

As per the title, am a hopelessly out of touch mum so wanted to pick your wonderful brains to help dd find an interview outfit.

She's 16, petite (5ft2, size 4-6) and the job is in retail. We live in a city so have access to most mainstream shops. Thank you!

I think something like this could be cute. When I worked in retail it was normal to wear black but that may have changed!

I would say a smart dress in a dark colour. I wouldn't go for something massively baggy; although it depends on what type of retail and if fashion what brand!
