Holiday hat

I need help. I struggle a bit with sun hats. My style is generally casual; jeans and T-shirt with trainers. In the summer I tend to mostly wear light summer trousers. I always wear make up and do my hair.
I like the big floppy hat look, but it doesn't really suit me. I usually wear a straw trilby type thing, which I quite like but I would really like something I can pack in a suitcase without squashing it. (And it can look quite masculine with jeans)
I can wear caps because my ears stick out, and bucket hats make me look like my mum!
Any ideas? (I'm 45)

If you like big floppy hats go try a bunch on and find one that suits.

Tbh I have never seen a nice women’s sunhat that could be packed without getting squashed. I think you need to choose between nice vs packable.

I also like big floppy hats but don’t suit them (too short!) so am watching with interest.

Or Accessorize has packable fedoras

Packable fedora? I had no idea... I'm off to google them. Thank you
