Gola Trainers

Hi all, I found a gold pair of trainers I really like but I struggle with sizing.

The Gola Bostons are they true to size? I'm a 4.5 and often 37 too small and 38 too big etc

I've been searching for a gold trainer for ages but not many around with a little lift in them.

The Hush ones I ordered are lovely but sending them back because they are too flat and uncomfortable, although I got to say the 37 did fit.

Anyone experienced with Gola sizes?

I don’t have Bostons but have some Gola and find them true to size in trainers.

I've got a pair of gold Gola Bostons and I'd say they're true to size.
Don't rub at all and feel quite light. But... they've got a surprisingly thick flat foamy sole which hasn't done my ankles any good. So not great if you need a bit of arch support.

They arrived and are perfect. I'm glad I went with the 5, I'm a 4.5 and they are a perfect fit. I looked online and a lot of people said these come up slightly on the small side.
