Smart flat shoes

Hi all,
now the summer is here I'm looking for a comfortable pair of smart flat shoes I can wear to work. I've tried using all sorts of footsie/no show socks from loads of brands but I think they just don't agree with me as they just bunched up and slid off :( Can anyone recommend a pair of flats that most likely won't cause blisters if I wear them barefoot to work?

I find Hobbs ballet flats very comfortable.

These are really comfortable flat shoes. I also use M&S no show footsies which seem to mostly stay on. They've got a bit of a tab at the back that helps.

Love these and they are very like a way more expensive brand which i love.
