Stores/websites - work clothes for new grad

DD, 21, starts a graduate programme in the autumn and doesn't know where to start re appropriate work clothes.

I'm a senior manager in a professional setting but have worked from home since March '20 and I understand workwear has generally been more casual post-pandemic??

Also, she's 30 years younger than me so doesn't want (and can't afford) the places I tend to shop!!

Any ideas for affordable, stylish, young workwear please for a professional environment?

Thanks Smile

What does the HR handbook say about dress code and what kind of company is it? A law firm will be more formal than an accountancy firm. The sales are a good time for this, nice smart trousers (black or navy) and some silk shirts or t shirts would probably see her fine in most places until she has chance to assess exactly what she needs. I know our HR team would help if they were asked. Or if it’s feasible, can she loiter around outside to watch people leave / at lunchtime?
asos is probably her friend here.
