Help me style this skirt!

I love this beautiful skirt from Shein, but I’m not sure how to wear it?

The model in the photo is wearing heels, but how can I dress this down and make it a bit more everyday.

I would love to wear it to work/office, but not sure what to pair it with?

I think it would look lovely with a cashmere jumper or cardigan and ballet flats or knee boots.

Ballet flats or low-heeled stiletto pointy court shoes.
No idea what you’d wear on top - though the shirt you are wearing in the photo looks amazing!

Band T-shirt or plain tshirt and leather jacket/denim jacket? Pair with trainers or Sandals and the look will be a lot more relaxed
