Do these lash extensions look uneven?

jamiejames7 · 23/06/2022 15:58

Just had my lashes done for my holiday on Saturday and feel like one side it noticeably fuller than the other. Noticed properly when I was home and able to get a good look at them. Am I being too fussy?

Also my brows look quite harsh because I've just had them tinted if anyones wondering, it will wear off by tomorrow.

Yep, your left set definitely look noticeably fuller. Can you ask the lash tech for a top-up?

User354354 · 23/06/2022 16:09

Your left is fuller. Actually your left eye looks a lot bigger because of the difference. I would ask for right to be topped up.

Figroll16 · 23/06/2022 16:34

Yes-makes one eye look bigger!

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 23/06/2022 16:35

I can't quite tell but have to say you have gorgeous eyes regardless!

Chewbecca · 23/06/2022 16:35

Left fuller. Get some more in the right. And find a new beautician for next time.

jamiejames7 · 23/06/2022 17:11

I have messaged the girl that done them but she hasn't responded yet and doesn't work on a Friday so doesn't look like I'll be able to get anything sorted for my holiday on Saturday which I'm quite gutted about.

I don’t think anyone would notice who wasn’t actually looking for it - we did because you pointed it out. Have a great trip.

jalapenita · 23/06/2022 17:38

It's not something I'd notice/ care about if you hadn't said. From the picture they look like they've been applied incorrectly which might make your eyes irritated

Whatthefuck3456 · 23/06/2022 17:48

They look classy there beautiful. The only issue is it’s a lash extension per lash. You could have more lashes on one eye more than the other? Keep them up with infills they are lovely! Nice brows too I love a fresh set! Have a fab holiday!

KarlWrenbury · 23/06/2022 17:51

If it helps, I thought the writer looked fuller so I wonder if they’re both fine

KarlWrenbury · 23/06/2022 17:51

right eye

ShirleyPhallus · 23/06/2022 17:53

The left eye looks like you’ve got more but I think the right eye looks nicer!

Thank you that's very kind!

Also yes it could be the case that maybe I just have less of my own lashes on that eye? Never thought about that!

I think they look great. OP do you mind telling me how much they cost you and how long they might last? I’m thinking of getting mine done for the first time (before my holiday!)

CoffeeAndTV1 · 23/06/2022 19:43

They look amazing! Think it's probably that one eye has more actual lashes than the other, as a pp said.

Nobody will notice irl, especially when you have make up on

RavenousBugblatter · 23/06/2022 19:58

Yes, but even if the OP does have more lashes on one eye, the beauty technician should have noticed and applied less lashes to that eye.

MargosKaftan · 23/06/2022 20:02

It is possible you have less naturally on one eye - i do and when I had lash extensions for a holiday my tech mentioned shed put more on one side than the other to balance it. I hadn't noticed and I bet unless looking for it, no one will notice ! (Reminds me to book that in for a couple of days before I go away this summer)

And yes you have lovely eyes.

For a full set it is £25 and infills are £20. They recommend getting infills every 2-3 weeks, I find I need infills after the second week though. I know costs can vary depending on area but it seems to be an average of £25/£30 here 😊

That’s incredibly cheap
