Excessive face sweating help!

Does anyone have any product recommendations for dealing with a very sweaty face? Particularly the upper lip!

Blurring cream (Nanoblur) then a dust of tinted powder (compact) works for me. I don't wear any foundation and conceal occasionally with a mineral powder concealer (by Bodylife Beauty).

Thanks everyone, I'm not sure if these will be strong enough as it's really sweat rather than oil/shine, literally get loads of beads of sweat on my top lip constantly! But I will give anything a go so thankyou
