Daytime Mascara

Can you recommend a good daytime Mascara? I want to start wearing mascara in the daytime and the only mascara I've got is thick and too much for the daytime. I can use that but have to apply it very carefully so it's not too full on. I'd like one that I can just brush on quickly and it won't be too thick. I'd pay upto £15.

Thanks!!

I like this one - www.maybelline.com/eye-makeup/mascara/lash-sensational-sky-high-washable-mascara-makeup

you can just do a layer or two for daytime or more layers for fuller/thicker lashes. I also find the flexible brush easy to get into the base of lashes for a slight eyeliner/defined look. The only thing I find is a tube doesn’t last that long but I guess you’re meant to change mascara regularly anyway!

Glossier mascara is fantastic for day time. Very natural.

Lash Slick by Glossier. Perfect for day time.

My favourite mascaras are all well below £15. I don't personally want a 'night-time' lash look at any time of day, just some length and definition that looks reasonably natural. I only ever apply one coat.

I switch between Natural Collection volume mascara in brown which is £2.50 and the mascara primark do in the gold tube which is about £3. The latter is such a good mascara I'd recommend it to anyone, it doesn't clump at all and the brush is really good for applying with a light hand and separating lashes.

The Primark one gives more length than the Boots option and is black so also gives a bit more definition but I do like brown for summer.

Another vote for glossier. It's brilliant.

The Essence range. About £4.
