Sleep in rollers got waves?

Can anyone recommend any to try? I have just below chin length, quite thick hair. I love the beachy wave look which does suit me, but I am cack handed with styling tools and bleach means I'm loathe to use heat all the time.

So I wondered about some roller type things I could leave in overnight? As I usually wash my hair in the evening anyway.

Any recommendations please?

I can't sleep in them. I find plaits work

Try heatless curling ribbons. I have seen these on Instagram and they look pretty good. ASOS and Boots sell them.

I use those cheap ones from Primark that look like velcro (I bought mine ages ago and it was a big pack with several sizes). I'll put them on after showering and before going to bed. It takes some getting used to tbh, I can't turn my head around much in bed. hahah! Also use them in daytime and I let my hair dry in them. I like the large ones and I do it for volume mostly. If you use a smaller or medium roll you should see waves.
I use a volumising spray for volume to hold better but if you use a styling one and let your hair dry in the rolls, you should see those waves you want.
