I’ve decided to give this a go. However, as per the attached instructions, I assume it’s apply twice a day - once in the morning and once before I go to bed, rather than apply twice in the morning and twice in the evening…? 🤨

I’m going with once in the morning and once at night 😉

Would you mind updating the thread to tell us how you get on with this? My dh suffers from rosacea and it’s quite bad at the moment, looking for anything that helps. He got a metronidazole gel from the doctor and it does work, but I don’t think he should be using that long term. Thank you

Yes of course. I had laser treatment on my face last March and, although extreme, it worked well. I could really do with another ‘blast’ just on certain patches but the dermatologist won’t do it over the summer whilst my face is at any risk of being in the sun. I was in the pharmacy today queueing and saw this, so thought I should give it a go… we shall see!
