Festival wear help

I’m going to what is called a festival but really it’s just an outdoor music concert, no camping or anything and I have absolutely no idea what to wear.
im early 40’s and a size 12. Don’t tend to show my upper arms as a bit flabby and I’ll be bright white when everyone else has their lovely summer tans. I would like to be comfortable but stylish, help, what do I wear?

Hi OP, how about a maxi dress with short sleeves to cover your upper arms and either chunky sandals (Birkenstock style) or flat strappy sandals? Will need to be comfy as you'll be doing lots of wandering around. Maybe a hat if you like wearing them and it will be hot? Cross body bumbag and a couple of beaded necklaces or bracelets?
