How quickly does Hush process refunds?

I'm about the buy from Hush for the first time. I'm not expecting to keep every item. Anyone know what the returns process is like? I've stopped buying from another company after having to repeatedly chase for refunds so would be good to have know re Hush.

I’ve never had a problem with Hush, always been reasonably quick. However, if you are not sure, you can buy the range from John Lewis and they have always been very reliable on that front.

I've never had an issue with returns to Hush. Normally within 7-10 days of posting

I get it from John Lewis and return it to my local JL at home .
Or even their returns will be quicker !
Do they do Klarna yet?

I've always found Hush customer service to be really good. Their refunds have been quicker than John Lewis for me and you can quite easily speak to a real person if you call them, rather than the automated web chat you're forced into with most other retailers.

The quality of their clothes is pretty hit and miss, but customer service I definitely can't fault them on.
