Can anyone recommend some that are decent quality?

I prefer a Brazilian style cut I think? Or maybe a full brief (just definitely not a thong )

Something very comfortable, possibly in pinks/nudes as I wear a lot of lighter coloured trousers, and most importantly no VPL!

M&S have some good ones. Brazilian cut are higher on the butt cheeks though so I’m not sure that will be compatible with what you want.

I’ve got the laser cut lace ones and I love them.

Not marks and spencer!! They have changed them. Now a shiny fabric not nice cotton feel and absolutely not no VPL. £12 down and bitter

M&S has a variety of ‘flexifit’ pants in full brief/shorts/high leg etc. No prizes for guessing which one I went for. But they’re great for no VPL.
