Botox for shoulder pain?

Hi all, not really an S&B question as such but I thought someone on here might know - I’ve read a few articles about Botox being used to reduce pain in the shoulders / improve posture, has anyone tried this or can recommend a clinic that offers it? It doesn’t seem to be very widely offered in the UK as far as I can see

This doesn't really answer your question, but what is causing your shoulder pain? I've had it in the past and have improved it with targeted strength training with a PT and deep tissue massage. My posture is also now much better.

I know it's the MN answer to all problems.... But are you definitely wearing the right sized bra? I had a year of intense shoulder pain which disappeared almost over night when I did the "a bra that fits" calculator and then accidentally bought a racer back style.

If you work in front of a computer, have you tried a vertical mouse? It has really helped me.

As for Botox, I have heard of cortisone injections, but not Botox
