Dress for flat sandals at wedding

Hi everyone, I’m going to a wedding and want to wear flats. Will they work with a knee high dress or maxi dress? Or either? I’m age 43 and size 14, 5’11 🙏😊

I think a longer dress will work better with flats. Go somewhere like John Lewis if you have one near to you and try some on.
