CANNOT contact Vinted! Tearing my hair out

I've decided to sell some clothes on Vinted but trying to contact them is proving to be a nightmare. I do have an account that I have bought from but when I try to set up a seller's account, it asks me for my phone number which I put in, it then says it'll send me a verification code, but I get nothing back. I've looked at how to contact Vinted directly, but can't find anything, it says to look on Twitter! Does anyone have any idea what I can do to resolve this please??

You shouldn’t need to set up a new account in order to sell, you should be fine with the account you have already.

Normally you can contact Vinted through the Help Centre - click on Profile, then scroll down to find it. Click on a topic post, scroll to the bottom and you should see a ‘contact us’ link.

you might find it easier to set up the account with an alternative number and then change it in your profile once you’re all set up?
