Where do you buy good quality tshirts?

I never used to even care about the quality of a simple cotton tshirt but I have now realised that good quality and fit can make such a difference for such a simple piece of clothing. Where do you buy yours? I tend to avoid HM etc as I'd rather spend a bit more but keep them longer or, even better, finding good ones on Vinted.
I have currently looked at: Boden, Jigsaw, Whistles, Jules (I like some of the styles but hate the logo all their clothes have)... any other brands you can suggest? Ideally not from the highstreet.
Has anyone tried everlane? I had one of their tshirts but was a very thin material and I made a hole after wearing it twice :(

I like Sezane for T-shirts.
Also Petit Bateau do very basic but good quality t-shirts and vest tops in both linen and cotton that wash and last really well.

Oasis do a really good basic tee

Cos and Arket have changed my life!

I have a drawer full of M&S, Primark, H&M etc that lasted a season, then shrank, bobbled and were just only to be worn in the house. Even the M&S more expensive ones are still meh. (And I rate a LOT of M&S stuff)

This year I've spent a bit more, bought fewer, and have even been asked "where is that t shirt from?" (The A line cotton Cos ones)

@LeeMiller oh I love Sezane! But I am so in love with their prints and knitwear that I always end up forgetting about their tshirts eheh.

@PAFMO I never bought anything from Arket, will try! Is it similar to & other stories quality-wise?

I'm not sure as I've never bought from &Other Stories, but, for example, I paid about £18 for a black "basic" Arket T which would be a "premium" anywhere else and the cotton is fine but not see through, and it hangs beautifully and feels really "posh" almost.

Everlane were really bad quality, like tissue paper and washed badly.

Toast are decent quality. Muji are also good for a budget option. COS are also very good.

fishingpaintings · 14/06/2022 13:26

I have a couple of Cos T-shirts that are just lovely. The fabric doesn't bobble so they still look and feel new.

happygolurkey · 14/06/2022 14:09

just discovered this sustainable clothing firm who do t-shirts a fraction of the price of other places I've been looking

earthwardrobe.com/

Uniqlo

SpiderVersed · 14/06/2022 14:18

For plain T-shirts, yesfriends.co is good. Decent quality cotton, ethically produced.

Jules912 · 14/06/2022 14:18

I used to swear by Boden t-shirts but they seem to have not only changed the style and no longer do I simple round neck t-shirt, but also seem lower quality. Following with interest for alternatives.
