Can I 'silver' my grey?

I have grey/white flashes and streaks at the sides of my hair. Can I use the purple stuff all over or will it make my brown hair go a funny colour?

I'm interested in the answer to this too. My greys are in exactly the same place as yours.

I didn't find it a problem on the brown bits, was about the same colour as you. But it's shampoo/conditioner , not hairdye, so although it stains the hair a bit, it will wash out if you don't like it.

I used purple shampoo on all mine (I used the one from lush) and all it did was give my brown a nice ashey look whilst emphasising the white.

Mine is all grown out now, I have curly hair and what I have found is keeping it straight I get really nice defined streaks

Purple shampoo won’t make your grey hair more silver. It’s designed to take any yellow or brassiness out of blond or white hair. It will either do nothing, or make your hair more ashy and take any warm tones out of the brown
