Tummy tuck abroad stories

Hi.
I'm thinking of booking a tummy tuck abroad but am overwhelmed and nervous. Has anyone done this? Recommendations for reputable clinics or places to avoid? Any advice and your stories would be much appreciated. I'm considering Prague as not too long a flight, Google searches bring up Lithuania and turkey as other options? Thanks

A friend of a friend did it in Turkey and she was happy with the whole experience. An agency arranged everything for her. Apparently the hospital was amazing, don't know which but I have read a lot about their quality healthcare in general.
